She is the Co-Founder and Chief Economist at Prysm Group (prysmgroup.io), a blockchain economics and governance design firm. She is a Partner at Prysm Group Capital, a venture fund for early stage blockchain startups.
Cathy is a former tenure-track faculty at Cornell University and currently serves as a contributor to the MIT Cryptoeconomics Lab and as the Chief Economist at ZipRecruiter. She holds a Master’s in Applicable Mathematics from the LSE and a PhD in Business Economics from Harvard University.
